Viking has come to the rescue when our A/C unit has failed, twice in the past 3 years due to different components wearing out (it is now 20 years old). In each instance, they had someone available to come to my house the day I called (others quoted me a week out, which wasn't an option in 90+ degree heat when hosting family from out of town!) Eric was fantastic, and even worked through a thunderstorm to get our A/C restored. They're never pushy to sell you anything you don't need. Fantastic service.

I have called Viking on a couple of occasions over the last few years for both plumbing and HVAC issues. They always get back to me right away and most importantly, when they say they are going to show up, they show up! Very fair prices and tremendous to work with -- an amazing company!

Viking is the only one I'll use from now on! I've tried numerous Heating/AC businesses over the years and I finally found my "forever" one! Last year when my furnace went out, a tech from another business told me to buy a specific, expensive filter and if my furnace went out again, it would need to be replaced. A few months later when my furnace shut down when it hit -10 degress, Anthony, the service tech from Viking, assured me my furnace was fine. Anthony explained that the filter I was told to buy was too thick and my furnace was working too hard. I was charged a nominal service call charge and bought cheaper filters. Recently my AC went out and Anthony found a bad wire, not a bad AC. I appreciate a business who is honest, has integrity and professional technicians interested in customer loyalty, not screwing naïve customers just to make a buck. Both times, Anthony came the same day. Thank you Anthony and thank you Viking!

I called Viking to come and look at an ignitor issue with my furnace. Also, after an inspection by another company (who told me my heat exchanger was cracked - on an 8 year old furnace) I wanted them to give me a second opinion.They resolved the ignitor issue for a fraction of the price the other place wanted to charge and gave my heat exchanger the thumbs-up after showing me that there were no symptoms that would indicate that.I am a very happy customer and will continue to use Viking from now on.
